Our current run of hats feature a 3″ wide by 2″ tall Velcro area on the front. This is a change from our previous runs which used a 3.5″ wide by 2″ tall Velcro area.
These hats are made right here in the USA using Ripstop Cotton. There’s a large patch area on the front which measures 3″ wide by 2″ tall. The patch area has the All Day Ruckoff Dog Head logo sewn directly into it so that you can either show off your favorite patch or some All Day Ruckoff pride. Don’t worry… we won’t be offended if you choose to cover it up… that’s the whole point of having Velcro on there.
The hats are a six panel design and feature no button on the top of them. Did you know the official name of the “button” is squatchee? Did you also know they used to hold the hat together but now serve no purpose? We always found them annoying and when we learned we could make hats without them we chose that option immediately. The hat adjusts with Velcro (as seen in the pictures) and can fit a wide variety of heads. The inside features an All Day Ruckoff Cut & Sewn in the USA which looks really nice… but can also be cut out if you don’t like it. The hats are unstructured which means that they can be rolled up to fit in a backpack easier however it also means that they do not hold their shape.
These hats are incredibly soft and flexible making them great to wear. Although they are sewn to the same size as our NYCO Ripstop hats these fit a little bit bigger due to the thinness of the Ripstop material used. These hats are for (what we’re told is) normal sized heads. If you have a giant head then these might not be for you. Sorry, but the truth hurts and we don’t want you to be unhappy.
If you’re looking for your next hat you cannot go wrong with this one. The reviews don’t like… these hats are a hit!
